Nanjing Yindu (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yindu Company") was registered and established in 1987, and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanjing Mingshang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. Two subsidiary companies are Nanjing Yindu Building Management Co., Ltd. and Nanhu Department Store. Yindu Company carries the profound accumulation of decades of deep cultivation in commercial operations, always based on the development context of the city, and empowering industrial upgrading with professionalism.

In 2017, with strong support from the district committee and government, Yindu Company and Jinchuang Company reached a cooperation agreement and jointly invested more than 80 million yuan to thoroughly renovate an old building that had been built for nearly 30 years, revitalizing it and achieving improvements in "infrastructure, image, business format, and efficiency". They were honored with the "Revitalization Award" for urban renewal building renovation in Qinhuai District. Yindu Jinchuang Plaza was put into operation in May 2019. In October 2023, the building will undergo a second renovation with an investment of approximately 25 million yuan. The first and second floors will be transformed into a book city with Qinhuai characteristics, covering an area of approximately 3000 square meters. The book city will officially open in April 2024.

Since its operation, Yindu Jinchuang Square has won multiple honorary titles including National Cultural Industry Demonstration Park (sub park), Jiangsu Provincial Mass Creation Space, Nanjing Cultural Industry Park, Nanjing Digital Overseas Incubation Base, and Qinhuai District Cross border E-commerce Industrial Park (experimental park).
